Tariff


The newly renovated rooms are spacious and face sprawling gardens or greenery.
  • Each room has an attached bathroom.
  • Individually controlled air-conditioners & heaters.
  • LCD Color TV with satellite television.
  • Tea and coffee maker in the room..
  • 24 hour wireless internet service (free to use).
  • Swimming Pool on the premises free to use.
  • Computer with Wi-Fi connectivity for exclusive use of guests.
  • Complementary afternoon Tea / Coffee in the garden.
  • No charge for children below 4 years. Children above 5 years to be charged Rs. 100/- per year of their age. eg. Charge for 8 yr. old would be Rs. 800/-
  • Check-in and check-out time is 12 noon.
  • In case a guest is arriving early in the morning the room needs to be booked for the previous date.

We have altogether 16 exclusive rooms located in the heart of Lutyens Delhi, with mature gardens and a swimming pool.
 
Reservation & Payments
 
  • An advance deposit of 100% must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation
  • You may call us with your credit card details for reservations offline.
  • You may reserve online by making payment on the internet using your credit card - (Pay Online Now)
  • Institutions making group bookings (more than 4 rooms) may send the advance payment by cheque to our address or opt for bank transfer. This needs to be done at the time of booking.  

Cancellation Policy
 
  •  Transaction cost of 5% is charged irrespective of time of cancellation.
  • 10% if cancelled seven days in advance.
  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled 2 days in advance.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day
 
Airport Transfers
 
  • Pickup - International airport - Rs. 850/-*
  • Pickup - Domestic airport - Rs. 600/- *
  • Pickup - Railway Station - Old Delhi - Rs. 600/-*
  • Pickup - Railway Station - New Delhi - Rs. 600/-*
* Rates may vary as per actuals.

Airport transfers are arranged if you let us know the arrival details atleast 24 Hours in advance. The driver will wait inside the airport building, in the arrival lounge holding a yellow placard with your name on it.
