Reservation & Payments
 

• An advance deposit of 100% must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation or you may call us with your credit card details for reservations offline.
  
• Institutions making group bookings (more than 4 rooms) may send the advance payment by cheque to our address or opt for bank transfer. This needs to be done at the time of booking.  
  

Cancellation Policy
 

• Transaction cost of 5% is charged irrespective of time of cancellation.
• 1 night's charge is levied for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice.
  

Airport Transfers
 

• Pickup from airport - Rs. 950/-
  
• Drop  to airport - Rs. 650/-
  
• Pickup and drop to the Railway Station Rs. 600/-
  

Should you need a pick up service, do let us know at least a day in advance. The driver will wait inside the airport building, in the arrival lounge holding a yellow placard with your name on it.
