We have altogether 15 exclusive rooms located in the heart of Lutyens Delhi, with mature gardens and a swimming pool

	Computer with Wi-Fi connectivity for exclusive use of guests.
	All our rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast and Taxes.
	No charge for children below 4 years.
	Check-in and check-out time is 12 noon.
	In case a guest is arriving early in the morning the room needs to be booked for the previous date.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

	An advance deposit of 100% must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation
	You may reserve online by making payment on the internet using your credit card - (Pay Now)

Institutions making group bookings (more than 4 rooms) may send the advance payment by cheque to our address or opt for bank transfer (Pay Now). This needs to be done at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

	Transaction cost of 5% is charged irrespective of time of cancellation
	25% if cancelled seven days in advance
	50% if cancelled four days in advance
	100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Pickup - International airport	Rs. 850/-
Pickup - Domestic airport	Rs. 600/-
Pickup - Railway Station - Old Delhi	Rs. 600/-
Pickup - Railway Station - New Delhi	Rs. 600/-

Airport transfers are arranged if you let us know the arrival details in advance. The driver will wait inside the airport building, in the arrival lounge holding yellow placard with your name on it.
